Victoria Blaney has worked for the Firm as a Human Resources consultant since its formation in January 2008.

Internally Victoria oversees staff appraisals, recruitment and induction, the staff handbook, disciplinary matters and all other routine matters that one might expect an HR consultant to attend to.

Externally Victoria attends to employment and HR-related matters for the Firm’s many business clients and individuals who may need advice too.

Prior to setting up HRx, Victoria worked in HR for a US-based corporation, a local manufacturing company and the Arts Council in their HR departments. She has over 10 years experience in HR.
